RESOLUTION #78-91
APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO FLOW
WHEREAS, a settlement has been finalized with MMSD determining
the method of paying for capital costs for sewer service, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Utility has a responsibility to fund
expenditures that were incurred by the FLOW coalition up to the
date of terminating of the City‘s membership, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
final payment to FLOW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve final payment of Muskego’s
contribution of $14,659.22 to the financial agent for FLOW.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this expenditure shall be
obtained from the Sewer Utility.
