APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Golden Bay Subdivision)
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Golden Bay Subdivision, a 64 lot
subdivision in the NW quarter of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford was submitted on March 13, 1991, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the Golden Bay
Subdivision, a 64-lot subdivision in the NW qarter of Section 12
in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
