APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 29, 1991
Addition property in the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
to finalize a 2.4 acre parcel division of the Industrial Park
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a 2.4
acre parcel division of the Industrial Park Addition property in
the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer. a DATED THIS 9TH DAY APRIL , 1991
