APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 14, 1991
by Tom Huckstorf to the Common Council to create a one-acre
parcel located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 34, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the proposed division subject to a notation being placed on the
map that a possible assessment may be necessary in the future
for a road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted to create
a one-acre parcel located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 34.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees reauired by Section 10 of the Land Division
0 Ordinance and approval-of the City Engineer.
