WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Hillendale North of

WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Madison Underground for
Contract "C" in the amount of $534,546.50, and
Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Madison
Underground for Contract "C" in the amount of $534,546.50 for the
Hillendale North of Highway L Sewer and Water Projects.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
recommendation of the City Engineers.
