AWARDING OF BID
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT "SA"
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Hillendale/Wentland and
Tans Drive Sewer Project, and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Underground Pipeline, Inc.
in the amount of $158,517.00, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
Pipeline, Inc. in the amount of $158,517.00 for the Hillendale/
Wentland h Tans Drive Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
further authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon
recommendation of the City Engineers.
