DIRECT CITY ATTORNEY TO DETERMINE THE LEGALITY OF
A GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage
District has entered into an agreement which has a defined
number of future sewer connections, and
WHEREAS, the life of the agreement is through the year 2005, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego recognizes that there will be
continued pressure for growth, and
WHEREAS, the legality of implementing a growth management plan
must be determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
