BETWEEN JC DEVELOPMENT AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
AUTHORIZE APPROVAL OF QUIT CLAIM DEED
BE IT RESOLVED that the attached Quit Claim Deed between the
which authorizes that a 10.00 foot utility easement is hereby

lands hereinafter described:
