APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
COUNTRY BROOK ESTATES
WHEREAS, a Preliminary'Plat for Country Brook Estates,
subdivision in the SE quarter of Section 16, was submi
February 12, 1991, and
a 62 lot

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the final plat showing that none of the lots can have direct
access to Woods Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby conditionally approve the Preliminary Plat of the
Country Brook Estates subject to the final plat showing that
DNR approving the flood plain line as it exists.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
