RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AND DELIVER CERTIFICATES NECESSARY FOR CLOSING
WITH THE MILWAUKEE METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRlCT
ON THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, the City Clerk is authorized to execute and deliver the
certificates listed below and City staff is authorized to perform
Agreement executed December 20, 1990, between the City of Muskego
pursuant to the terms of the Intergovernmental Cooperation
and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, and to do all
other actions necessary or advisable for the consummation of the
transactions contemplated by the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Agreement:
A) A certificate setting forth Resolution #295-90 adopted
on December 19, 1990 and this Resolution;
B) A certificate dated the Closing Date warranting the
representations and warranties made in the Agreement are
true and correct as of the Closing Date. /

RESOLUTION RATIFYING ADDENDUM TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND MILWAUKEE METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRICT
RESOLVED by the City of Muskego that the attached Addendum to the
and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between City of Muskego
Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Muskego and Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewerage District is hereby ratified and that Wayne
G. Salentine, Mayor, City of Muskego, is authorized to execute
the Addendum to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement
between the City of Muskego and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage
District.
