RESOLUTION 1137-91
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN
THE STATE OF WISCONSIN'S
LOCAL GOVERNMENT POOLED INVESTMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has created a Local Government
Pooled Investment Fund, and
WHEREAS, it may prove beneficial for the City of Muskego to
participate in the program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Wisconsin's Local Government Pooled Investment Fund, pursuant to
Committee, does hereby approve the participation in the State of
the provisions of 525.50 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following officers and officials
be designated as the "Local Official" authorized to transfer
funds to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Fund.
Notification of changes in authorized officials may be made to
the State Treasurer in writing by the Mayor without modification
to this Resolution.
