APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
BAY LAWN SUBDIVISION SOUTH
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Bay Lawn Subdivision South, a 14
lot subdivision in the SW quarter of Section 11 was submitted on
January 22, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the Bay Lawn
Subdivision South.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
