RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RSM/OPD ZONING
PROPOSED BY BARKER HOMES
WHEREAS, Barker Homes (Dan Barker) has petitioned the Council to
rezone property located in the SW 114 of Section 10 from RSM to
RSM/OPD'to allow multi-family development, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request, and
WHEREAS, The City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by Barker
Homes, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met, said deferral pursuant to Dan
Barker's request. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
Homes and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by Barker
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
