RESOLUTION AS TO LAND OFFERED TO THE CITY
BY WAUKESHA COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
disapprove the purchase of property described as Tax Key
#2210.990 for back taxes and costs in the amount of $2,431.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of a title commitment satisfactory to the City of Muskego and
approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the purchase shall be
reimbursed at the time of the sale of the land.
