AMENDED
DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE
COUNTER OFFER TO PURCHASE FOR SALE OF
CITY-OWNED LAND
(Adjacent to Parks Garage)
WHEREAS, an offer has been received from Jack and Marvin Strasser
parcel of land to the north of the City Parks Garage, and
in the amount of $10,000 to purchase an approximately 150' x 132'
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this offer without
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare a
counter offer to purchase in the amount of $10,000, including
removal of existing fences on property line and enclosure area
and moving them to new property line with new enclosure area,
obtaining Plan Commission approval for expansion of conditional
use, and providing survey if cornerstones cannot be located, with
all expenses to be the responsibility of the purchaser."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any legal documents in the name of the City.
