LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE DAM PROJECT
COMMITMENT FOR COST SHARING
WHEREAS, in order to apply for D.N.R. grant under the Dam
Maintenance, Repair Modification, Abandonment, and Removal Grant
Program for the Little Muskego Lake Dam Project it is necessary
for the City to agree to a cost-sharing, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval of
cost-sharing in the amount of $38,000 as the 50% matching fund
requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Maintenance, Repair Modification, Abandonment, and Removal Grant
Committee, does hereby agree to pay the cost-share under the Dam
Program for the Little Muskego Lake Dam Project in an amount not
to exceed $38,000 as 50% matching funds.
