RESOLUTION #26-91
AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE
LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE DAM GRANT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the City wishes to apply for a D.N.R. grant under the
Dam Maintenance, Repair Modification, Abandonment, and Removal
Wisconsin Administrative Code and §313.85 and 5227.11 Wisconsin
Grant Program for the Little Muskego Lake Dam under Chapter NR335
Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate the City's Engineer,
Ruekert & Mielke, as its authorized representative to apply for
this grant, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby designate Ruekert & Mielke as the City's
authorized representative to apply for a D.N.R. grant for Dam
Maintenance, Repair Modification, Abandonment, and Removal Grant
Program for the Little Muskego Lake Dam Project.
