APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HABITATION OF A TRAILER

WHEREAS, an application for Permit for Temporary Habitation of a
Trailer has been received from Frank Kesserling for his property
addressed W219 S7688 Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, the $25.00 inspection fee and $50.00 permit fee have
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby grant the request of Frank Kesserling to
occupy a trailer from January 1, 1991 to June 30, 1991 on the
property addressed W219 S7688 Crowbar Road, subject to approval
by the Director of Planning and Development.
