Muskego Industrial Park Addition)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
J. Mueller Enterprises, Inc. - Muskego Industrial Park Addition - Committee, does hereby counter the attached Offer to Purchase (R.
$28,000 - 2.4 acre parcel) for a price of $40,000 to be accepted
on or before February 20, 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
approval by the City Attorney.
