APPROVAL OF LISTING CONTRACT
CITY OWNED LAND - RUBY DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Listing Contract
with Realty Center, Inc. for the sale of the City-owned lot on
Ruby Drive (Tax Key fi2174.171) in conjunction with the sale of
the adjoining lot owned by Regina Fagan (Tax Key #2174.170) for a
combined total asking price of $22,000.00 with a maximum
$2,000.00 Broker's Commission, with the proceeds and costs to be
divided equally between the City and Ms. Fagan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the net proceeds from the sale of the
City-owned lot is hereby designated for Parks capital
improvements.
