ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR SEWER HOOK-UPS
(Serdynski and Richert Properties)
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee directed the Director of
Planning and Development to obtain quotes for the forced sewer
hook-ups of the Daniel Serdynski property at W150 57526 Woods
Road and the Dave Richert property at 574 W14829 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:

John Lang Trenching, Muskego
Rawson Plumbing, Inc., Oak Creek
Richert - S74 W14829 Woods Road (#2202.995)
John Lang Trenching, Muskego
Rawson Plumbing, Inc., Oak Creek

WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
acceptance of the low quotes from John Lang Trenching.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby accept the quotes from John Lang Trenching
in the amounts of $2,375.00 for the forced sewer hook-up of the
Daniel Serdynski property at W150 S7526 Woods Road and $2,675.00
for the Dave Richert property at S74 W14829 Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above quotes do not include the
$500.00 Connection Fee for each and are hereby increased to
increase the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of
the City.
