APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Roger Feest)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 1/10/91 by Roger
Feest to divide Parcel 4 of certified survey map #6070 in the SE
1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, these lots are served by municipal sewers, and
WHEREAS, in P.C. #74-87, Approval of Sketch (8 Lot Land Division)
a variance had been granted for the average width on Parcel 1,
and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 meets the zoning requirements for RS-3/0ED, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for Parcel 4 of
certified survey map #6070 in the SE 1/4 of Section 5.
