APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
City of MuskegolSeitz
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted for a 3.6691 acre
Enterprise Drive east of Mercury Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section
lot in the Muskego Industrial Park lying between Saturn Drive and
16, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
proposed division, and
WHEREAS, the City is proposing to sell this lot.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby approve the Certified Survey Map submitted for a 3.6691
acre lot in Muskego Industrial Park in the SW 1 /4 of Section 16.
