LAKE FOREST SUBDIVISION
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(Terra Development)
WHEREAS, a final plat has been submitted for the 59 lot Lake
Forest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution #140-90,
and
WHEREAS, the Pian Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final PLat for Lake Forest Subdivision.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to favorable
reports from all approving and objecting agencies and approval of
the City Engineer; receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance, and contingent upon the necessary
approvals of the Subdivider's Agreement, and easements, and
days of the approval of this resolution or the same is null and
void.
.8 Letter of Credit and all of said approvals being obtained with 30
