APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE POINT ESTATES
(GOLDEN MEADOWS JOINT VENTURE)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Lake Point Estates in the
SE 1/4 of Section 10 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
subject to the final plat having the items the City Engineer has
listed corrected and the Woods Road street access restricted.
NOW, THEREFOKE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Lake
Venture) subject to compliance with the conditions of the Plan
Point Estates in the SE1/4 of Section 10 (Golden Meadows Joint
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approving and objecting agencies and approval of the City
receipt of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all
Engineer.
