APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SUBURBAN HEIGHTS
(CLARENCE FROELICH PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Suburban Heights, a six lot
subdivision of the Clarence Froelich property in the SE 1/4 of
Section 5 has been submitted, and
subject to answering the concerns of the City Engineers.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the preliminary plat of Suburban
Heights, a six lot subdivision of the Clarence Froelich property
in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, subject to answering the concerns of
the City Engineers, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to an
Agreement being submitted to Planning and Development to assure
the removal of the existing farm house, prior to approval of the
Final Plat.
