FIRST AMENDED RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
(Hillendale/Highway L Water Project)
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, BY ITS COMMON
COUNCIL, AND FOR THE FIRST AMENDED RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS :
1.
Resolution of Necessity #276-90, passed and
That this Resolution is an amendment to a
approved on December 11, 19YO;
2. That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity
in accordance with Chapter 32.06(1) and 32.07(2),
Wisconsin Statutes, relating to the within
described public improvement project;
3. That it is hereby determined that it is necessary
for the City of Muskego to acquire fee simple title
for the installation of water improvements;
4. That it is also necessary, in the furtherance of
Muskego to acquire fee simple title to the
the above stated public purpose, for the City of
following described real estate;

OF A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND MAP
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire, by
condemnation in accordance with Chapter 32,
Wisconsin Statutes, if necessary, the above-
estate from the record owners thereof, and from any
described interest in the above described real
and all other persons or entitles who may have a
record interest in said real estate.
