ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR NEW SQUAD CARS
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for two new 1991
Chevrolet Caprice squad cars:

WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Chief's Consortium has awarded the
quote to Ewald Chevrolet based on the low quote, and
WHEREAS, in order to ensure the delivery of these vehicles in the
Spring of 1991, the order must be placed by January 1, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote submitted by Ewald Chevrolet for a net cost of $30,144 for the
purchase of three 1991 Chevrolet Caprice squad cars be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Ewald Chevrolet for
City of Muskego, upon the recomrnendation'of the Finance
obtain the price break offered to the consortium.

authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name
of the City.
