RESOLUTION #251-90
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND MOONEY, LESAGE & ASSOCIATES, INC.
APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF LISTINC; CONTRACT BETWEEN
(Industrial Park)
with Mooney, LeSage & Associates, Inc. as real estate agents for
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has previously executed a contract
the City's Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the contract will terminate on November 27, 1990. and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the contract
be renewed for one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the renewal of the contract for
the term of one year to 11/27/91 between the City and Mooney,
exceed the budgeted amount for 1990-91.
LeSage & Associates, Inc., subject to promotional expenses not to
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in the name of the City after 6 approval by the City Attorney.
