AUTHORIZE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECS
AND BID OUT THE WOODS ROAD WATER PROJECT SOUTH OF HWY. L
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City to provide
municipal water to certain properties located on Woods Road,
South of Hwy. L.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Engineers to prepare
plans and specifications and bid out the Woods Road Water
Project, South of Hwy. L, for the same properties that will be
served by sewers in the Woods Road Sewer Project South of Hwy. L,
and to submit the legal description and map of the areas to the
City for preparation of the Preliminary Resolutions.
