RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RSMJOPD ZONING
PROPOSED BY JOHN GROH
(NE 1/4 of Section 5)
WHEKEAS, John Groh has petitioned the Council to rezone property
in the NE 114 of Section 5 from RS-2 to RSMIOPD, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by John
Groh, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
