APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES
(Liberty Development - Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat has been submitted for the 29 lot Waubeesee
Lake Park Estates subdivision in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #150-89,
and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for the 29 lot Waubeesee Lake
Park Estates Subdivision in the Town of Norway, subject to
receipt of all administrative fees.
