LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. #2
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, a final plat has been submitted for the three lot Lake
Brittany Estates Addn. #2 subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #228-89,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Brittany Estates Addn. 112 subdivision.
does hereby approve the Final Plat for the three lot Lake
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
