RESOLUTION #321-89
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT DOCUMENTS
(WEPCo. Parcel - Hwy. 'L' Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to acquire an easement from
the Wisconsin Electric Power Company for the installation of a 24
and
inch sanitary sewer with regard to the Hwy. 'L' sewer project,
WHEREAS, the necessary easement documents have been prepared as
attached, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached easements documents
for the acquisition of an easement from the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company for the installation of a sanitary sewer with
regard to the Hwy. 'L' sewer project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
