RESOLUTION AS TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(Filocha - Industrial Park Addn.)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby disapprove the attached Offer to
Purchase (Michael & Donna Filocha - Industrial Park Addn. #l)
and does hereby authorize persons to prepare a Counter Offer in
the amount of $25,000.00 with the seller being responsible for
culvert installation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the Counter Offer in the name of the City.
