RESOLUTION 1/31 7-89
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
(Hwy. 'L' Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, Resolution #263-89 adopted October 10, 1989 approved the
Agreement between Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. and the
City with regard to the Hwy. 'L' sewer project, and
WHEREAS, approval of the Agreement was subject to all
contingencies of the Agreement being met by Waste Management by
October 20, 1989, and
WHEREAS, all contingencies of the agreement have now been met,
and
Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Management agreement for the Hwy. 'L' sewer project.
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of the Waste
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached Agreement is not binding
on the City until such time as the Agreement is executed by the
Mayor and Clerk. a
