RESOLUTION #31 1-89
KESOLUTION AS TO FLOW
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is interested in a settlement of the
FLOW vs. MMSD issue.
NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the concept of continued
mediation and binding arbitration to resolve this matter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign the
necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
