BLUE HERON POINTE - TOWN OF WATERFORD
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for approval of a
preliminary plat for Blue Heron Pointe Subdivision, a 26 acre
parcel in Section 14 of the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Heron Pointe Subdivision, a 26 acre parcel in Section 14 of the
Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Blue
Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
