APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE REQUEST

WHEREAS, a request for leave of absence for the period December
1, 1989 to January 1, 1990 has been requested by Grover
Castine, an employee of the Sewer/Water Utility Department, due
