RESOLUTION #297-89
APPROVAL OF FACILITIES PLAN FOR SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES
IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, a Facility Plan for the southeast quadrant of the City
of Muskego has been prepared by consulting engineers, at the
direction of the City of Muskego, and in furtherance of action
previously taken toward meeting final water quality standards,
and
WHEREAS, said Facility Plan is a prerequisite to submitting
application for state and/or federal grant-in-aid funds, and for
preparation of plans and specifications for construction of
sanitary sewer facilities, and for construction of sanitary sewer
facilities, if the City wishes to so proceed, and
WHEREAS, said Facility Plan has been reviewed and recommended by
the Public Utilities Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby approve said Facility Plan for the
southeast quadrant of the City of Muskego, but said approval is
contingent on the City hereby reserving the right to proceed no
further as to providing municipal sewers to the area in question
or to proceeding any further with contemplated development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of this Facility Plan may
not be used by anyone as indication of any intention of
proceeding with development or sewers in this area.
