APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WEST PARK PLACE
(Robert Stack)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Park Place West, a 14 lot
subdivision of the Robert Stack property in the NE 1/4 of Section
17 was submitted on October 3, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Park Place West, a
14 lot subdivision of the Robert Stack property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of rezoning this property to
RSM/W OPD must be obtained prior to approval of the Final Plat.
