APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WEST LAKE ESTATES
(Reuss Construction)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for West Lake Estates, a 15 lot
Section 12 was submitted on October 9, 1989, and
subdivision of the Reuss Construction property in the SW 114 of
WHEREAS, the Plan Cornmission has recommended approval subject to
the review of all objecting agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for West Lake Estates, a
15 lot subdivision of the Reuss Construction property in the SW
114 of Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
