APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture or Assigns)
(Industrial Park Addn. No. 1)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Contract of Sale (Herriot-Gruenwald Joint Venture or Assigns)
to extend the closing date to December 31, 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the amendment in the name of the City.
