APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(HA”-INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City’s broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to
Contract of Sale (Lloyd Harnm-Industrial Park Addn. #l) to
extend the closing date to April 30, 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the amendment in the name of the City.
