AMENDED
APPROVAL OF LISTING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MUSKEGO AND MOONEY, LESAGE h ASSOCIATES, INC.
(Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has previously executed a contract
with Mooney, LeSage & Associates, Lnc. as real estate agents for
the City’s Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the contract will terminate on November 27, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the contract
be renewed for one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the renewal of the contract for
the term of one year to 11/27/90 between the City and Mooney,
LeSage & Associates, Inc., with the understanding that an oral
report shall be made by the broker to the Common Council every
three months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the contract in the name of the City after
approval by the City Attorney.
