APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION IN SCENIC URBAN WATERWAYS
GRANT PROGRAM
(Lake Denoon Siltation Project)
WHEREAS, the City and the Lake Denoon Advancement Association are
interested in improving the surface water quality of a tributary
of Lake Denoon, and
WHEREAS, financial aid is required to carry out the project, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended participation in
the Scenic Urban Waterways Grant Program for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the application for financial aid be made for the Lake Denoon
Siltation Project through the Scenic Urban Waterways Grant
Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that initiation of the project is subject
to receipt of a bid that is acceptable to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
