DENIAL OF CLAIM
(Augustine)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Todd
Augustine for injuries received in an accident on April 27, 1989
involving Ingersoll Cable equipment.
WHEREAS, this claim has been denied by the insurance company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be
denied, as the cable television Ordinance holds the City harmless
in this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby deny the claim of Todd Augustine for
injuries received in an accident on April 27, 1989 involving
Ingersoll Cable equipment.
