RESOLUTION #277-89
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RSM/OPD ZONING
PROPOSED BY REINHOLD BAEHRING
(Lutherans Inc. for Elderly - L.I.F.E.)
WHEREAS, Reinhold Baehring representing Lutherans for the
Elderly, Inc. has petitioned the Council to rezone property in
the SE 114 of Section 2 from RS-2 to RSMIOPD, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by
Reinhold Baehring, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning
until all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to
planned unit developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Baehring, and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by Reinhold
