APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE VIEW HIGHLANDS

WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Lake View Highlands, a 30 lot
subdivision of the Dale Dawson property in the SW 1/4 of Section
5 was submitted on September 5, 1989, and
WHEKEAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
retention pond being developed as part of the project.

City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Lake View Highlands,

Section 5 subject to lots 28, 29 and 30 being added to the sewer
service area and the retention pond being developed as part of
the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
