DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has determined that certain
personal property taxes in the amount of $946.12 for 1981 and
1984 as listed below are uncollectible:

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the above be
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the personal property
taxes of $946.12 for 1981 and 1984 as listed above are
uncollectible.
